** The before pictures were taken AFTER

demolishing, tearing out the floors, taking off the
trim, scouring the walls, and lots of scrubbing and
cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We repaired the roof, stripped the cedar to its natural color, painted the garage doors,
put in railings and gates, had an excavator smooth out the yard and put in a culvert,
and planted all new grass.

Throughout the whole house, there is all new paint, trim, ceiling fans,
lighting, floors, appliances, etc.

We salvaged the kitchen cabinets after over a month of scrubbing

and painting.

stairwell to the basement.

We completely finished the basement – 2 bedrooms, a huge

living room, and a laundry room/full bathroom.

We stripped the cedar down to its natural color, rebuilt the front steps, put up a
railing and two gates, put in a new sidewalk, took down the old shutters, and did a
little landscaping.

Gravel for the driveway, new grass, new sidewalk, and oh – the silver car broke
down, so a new car too!

We had an excavator come and smooth out the yard, dig out the
basement wall to put in a door, run a water line to the house for the
new public water, and run a culvert under the driveway.

And we cut down 9 huge, old, dead trees…

A little paint and end caps on the shop plus some

gravel and a cistern cap.
