    All Levels Each Month: Clean Up

    At the end of each month, you are responsible for organizing and purging your files as well as saving ones for use for
    the Gallery. Here is what you must do after each month has ended.

    Step 1: Gallery Folder Step 3: Delete and Disk Space


    1. Save all your best photos as JPEGS in 1. Delete remainder of month’s folder
    09_Gallery_Best of folder 2. Make sure you have less than 700 MB of space in
    2. Must save at LEAST 5 per month, if not more your entire folder
    3. Batch rename as your lastname_gallery a. Right click on your whole folder
    b. Go to properties to see how much space
    c. Remember, 1 GB is larger than 700 MB

    Step 4: Print Favorite Photo


    1. Open favorite photo in Photoshop and go to
    FILE>PRINT
    2. If LANDSCAPE (sideways) photo, select the second
    button past the PRINT SETTINGS
    Step 2: Flickr 3. Also, click SCALE TO FIT
    4. Select A114 –C Printer and PRINT
    1. Save those same best photos from the gallery folder
    on your FLICKR account
    2. Rename the photos on FLICKR appropriately
