the candidate) who is my SON (Relationship).

Mr. SHARAD SAXENA (name of the candidate) has joined Tata Consultancy
Services Ltd on 16th MARCH, 2011 (candidate’s date of joining) and executed
an agreement on 16th MARCH, 2011 ( candidate’s date of joining ).

In the event that Mr. SHARAD SAXENA (name of the candidate) does not fulfill
the terms of the agreement, I stand guarantee and will be liable to the liquidated
