Bereavement

We appreciate the leaves that the firm has been providing us each employee every
year. But as far as bereavement leaves are concerned, 3 days might facilitate the
purpose for few employees. Who have their immediate family, who stay in distant
provinces. We are suggesting that we get at least 10 days of bereavement leaves
each year.

My strong critical argument:

Bereavement:

As per employee standard act, it clearly states that each employee is entitled to
have a 10 days leave in a year under bereavement.

Few companies also provide these leaves as paid leaves.
