REQUEST FOR 3 MONTHS UNPAID LEAVE FOR NASIONAL SERVICE

Reference is made to the above matter.

I hereby request to the management to grant me an unpaid leave for the period of 3 months
with effective from 24th June to 30th September 2010. It is due to the called up by the
government for the National Service training which compulsory when selected (please refer to
the letter attached).

Your kind consideration and approval toward the above matter is very much appreciated.

I am looking to hear a favorable reply the soonest possible.
