Show Cause Notice

Whereas, it has been found that you have blocked and/or unfriended the undersigned from
your Instagram account, at least since 30th August 2023.

Whereas, you have also not responded to any of the multiple inquiries by the undersigned,
both verbal and written, in this regard.

Whereas, further, the undersigned has not been provided with any satisfactory resolution of
the issue by you.

Hence, in exercise of the power conferred on me as the second party to the contract
agreement of the romantic relationship with you, it is hereby directed to you to reply within
03 non-working days from the issue of this notice as to:

a) Why such blocking/unfriending has taken place?

b) If such blocking/unfriending has been done by you in your full consciousness, please
explain the reason for such action.

c) If such blocking/unfriending has been unintentional and/or unknown to you, have you
taken any action to resolve the same after being duly informed? If yes, give details. If no,
explain the reason.

d) Why appropriate disciplinary action should not be taken against you for not responding
to the earlier queries as mentioned above ?

e) If the blocking/unfriending was intentional or if it was unintentional/unknown initially

but not acted upon even after being duly informed, please explain as to why appropriate
disciplinary action should not be taken against you ?
