According to the Americans who took this picture of Mons. Dr. Rufino S.

Magliba in San Fabian, that during the photo shoot Mons. was standing

facing the camera, but when the picture was developed to their

astonishment the picture of Mons. was showing his entire back portion

instead, wherein one can see His entire cape which is the design of the

Philippines Flag. The entire American crew was amazed and at the same

time confused whether if they still have to include the picture as one of

their documentary research in the Insight Guide. Due to time constraint,

they were not been able to go back to San Fabian to take another picture

pose of Mons. that leads them to include the picture taken above opposite

the story that they have researched to complement Monsenor. The book
Insight Guide is being published all over the world, it is also available in all
