 training. Here trainer verbally talk with trainees

important things which should be considered

by trainer during training

 Maintain good eye contact
 Maintain high degree of enthusiasm
 Speak in natural conversational voice
 Emphasize important points
  Check   trainee   comprehension   carefully

 Lectures can be presented to
large audiences.
 Lectures appeal to those who
learn by listening.
Disadvantage
 attention wanes quickly after
fifteen to twenty-five
minutes.
 Information tends to be
forgotten quickly when
trainees are passive.
 Lectures requires effective
speakers
 Lectures emphasize learning
by listening, which is a
disadvantage for trainees who
have other learning styles.
