Guide to the PRC On-Line

Application
• On your web browser (preferably Mozilla Firefox). Type www.prc.gov.ph. You will
then see this page…

• Click the “MyPRC Login” link at the top-left corner of the page. (under the PRC
logo)
• After which, the Log-In Screen Appears, Type your username and
password then click the “log-in” button .
• The “Application Type - Screen” appears. Choose the “Apply for
Examination” button.
• The “Examination Type Screen” appears, Choose the “Walk-In
Examination” button.
• The “Select Profession Screen” pops up. Choose your “appropriate
Profession” then click “Continue button”.
• The “Select Examination Screen” appears. Choose your “appropriate
Examination” then click “Continue button”.
• The eForm Screen appears with your information details.
• At the “Examination Details” portion, Choose your “Level” and your desired
“Examination Date”. Don’t forget to fill-out all the fields that are marked with “*”,
this means that these fields are required.

• Click the “Continue” button when all the fields are filled-out.
• The last portion of the application will appear. This is the “Attach
supporting Documents”. You can attach each documents by clicking the
browse button at the side of each field.

• Click the “Upload” button when you’re done attaching your documents.
• After all the process is done. Make sure that you have a transaction
number assigned to you.
• You can view this by logging-in again and choosing “Display PRC
Transaction”
