In order to get more of the student population to attend the

games, we offered a special promotion for students.
Students get in free with their ID card to all Cal Poly Athletic
Events, but we gave an extra incentive to win free books for
spring semester, with the winner being announced at this
game.

A ³Dorm Storm´ takes place around 2 hours before the game

to encourage students to attend and participate. Flyers for
the game as well as rally towels are handed out as promo
materials.
