    In LaViRIA, the main approach used to develop intelligent systems based on flexible computing.

    We basically work on 3 fileds:
    Computer Vision
    Mobile Robotics and
    Soft Computing.

    Developing projects in other areas such as


    Artificial Intelligence and Robotics,
    Processing and Digital Image Analysis, and
    Pattern Recognition.

    The analysis of visual features: color and texture to automate tasks using images and key


    information.

    Image Segmentation, in which the computer automatically determines the components of a scene.

    The object tracking and visual servo control computers allow dynamic viewing tasks.

    Important features of real-time systems:

    Software should require little memory.
