• In this model there are three vector sets which
are integrated together:
1. V vector: vision, vistas, values
2. S vector: strategy, structure, systems
3. P vector: purpose, process, people
• This could be viewed as a new model for
study the organizations wherein nine
dimensions represented by three vectors are
given due attention and their interconnectivity
is emphasized.
• It can also be represented in the form of three
triangles and three concentric circles to
represent the nine energy points that drive an
organisation.
• This VSP management yantra can serve as a
framework for identifying nine dimensions of
organization development and management.
• VSP analysis tells about the long term plans of
the company.
