AGUILON GOLF MEMBERS REPORT

It is good to see most of the local golf courses busy with members
and visitors,hopefully it is the start of a good season after what has
been a quiet winter and at the moment the weather is perfect for
golfers
RESULTS
Friday 25th April-League Match
Our team made the journey to marina golf for a league match
against the leaders Forum a fine sunny day with the course in good
condition except for the temporary green at the 9th, although we put
up stiff resistance we came away the losers by 3.5pts to 1.5pts
Wednesday 30th March-Individual Stableford
With the course in good condition and the weather set fair the only
problem for the members is to overcome is the wind which always
seems to blow on our golf days,however we are still getting some
good returns
1st Pat Sayer 37pts, 2nd John Bridgen 35pts, 3rd BillGibb 34pts
Twos: Pierre Dominguez 4th, John Bridgen, Glyn Ombler and Roy
Stubbins 10th, Steve Willingham 17th
