    AGUILON GOLF MEMBERS REPORT

    We had two pairs representing the club in the regional finals of the Campbell
    Lamont golf league, it was hard luck for Glyn Ombler and Dave Wilson who
    missed out by 1 point, but congratulations to Peter Death and Derek Manning
    who qualified for the national finals to be held next month.

    Wednesday May 22nd - Individual Stableford

    Congratulations to our octogenarian winner who shot a gross score well under
    his age to show the rest of the field how it should be done,quite some feat and
    hard lines to the runner up whose score would normally be good enough to
    win.

    1st Roy Bishop 44 pts

    2nd Hylton Smith 40 pts

    3rd Peter Death 37 pts on a card play off
