 What do I get in the free list?
You get a list of colleges that offer the course you have asked for in the location of your preference.
 What do I get with the general information?
You get the information you have asked for, for the college you selected. For example, fee information,
contact details, courses offered etc.
 What do I get with course details plan?
You get a detailed description of the course you're interested in. For ex, the electives, credits required,
subjects offered within the course and the complete syllabus.
 What is a Customized College List?
A customised college list would be a list of colleges which best suit your parameters, for ex, colleges that
match your score range, fee constraints, location constraints, best in the order of preference you've given.
 What is a College Review?
A college review is a detailed report of a college based on various parameters like - Management,
Courses offered, Fee details, Placement, Infrastructure, Faculty, Hostel & Living, Alumni interaction,
Industry interface. It will be a complete report covering all the key aspects that one looks for at the time of
admission.
 How do I contact a student/alumni from a college?
We give you the contact information of the student/alumnus from a college where you're interested. We
provide both a contact number and an email address. You can address your queries to the
student/alumnus.
 I want some services/information other than what you have provided.
We offer a consultation for Rs 499. We are glad to hear your requirements and assist you further.
 Why have I not received information yet?
Please contact us if you have not received us the information within the number of working days
promised. At times, mails are not received if its a yahoo id. In that case we suggest you mail us with your
query ID which you must have received while submitting your query. If it’s a paid service, we would send
you information only once we receive the payment.
 How do I pay?
When you submit your query, we send you a sms to your registered mobile number (the number you
provided while signing-up on Collegespeaks) with the bank account details. You pay into this account by
cash or by cheque.
 Can I pay using credit/debit card?
We are in the process of integrating an online payment gateway. It will take some time, so until then
please bear with us and pay by cheque or cash into our bank account.
 Want to cancel the service I requested for. Can I get a refund?
Mail us with the query ID you received within 24 hours of making payment and we will refund your money.
 How do I know that you have received my payment?
We will inform you via email and sms that we have received your payment. You can expect the
information you requested within the specified number of working days.
 You also help with admission?
We prefer setting up a consultation session and we will be able to judge in what ways we could assist
you.
