Logging and tracing can be enabled on ICA clients by using the ICA Settings option in the Citrix Program Neighborhood tool and selecting options to append to the event log and log connections, disconnections, and errors. On Citrix servers, logging is enabled through the Access Suite Console by starting new trace sessions from the Diagnose Problems option.
