PREFACE

In today’s scenario, the importance of time is quite inevitable man wants to

reach at the peak of success with in 24 hrs. Available him per day. Science and
technology has provided many alternatives of communication to ensure optimum
utilization of time in the best possible manner via, telephone, telegram, wireless
post office service etc. But these alternatives are some what outdated. To over
come these dilemmas, science has now provided a state-of-art technology called
“Mobile phone services” mobile phone services are the best alternatives among
various sophisticated communication technologies available. This technology can
be directly correlated with the advancement of society.

In my training period I worked with Reliance Communication Ltd. One of

the best India’s Mobile phone and Service Company. The survey instrument used
by us basically consist of survey questions, which are open and end type in which
we have tried to seek responses from the walk in customers at various outlets and
meeting people at various shopping malls and residential locations.
In spite of my best efforts, we fell that the report admit possibilities of
further improvement for which I would happy to receive suggestions and advice
from my seniors and all.
