LOADING INSTRUCTIONS

Reloading Your Cignal Prepaid Account Thru Smart Load Outlets

 Go to the nearest / most convenient Smart load retailer (You may look for sari-sari stores with Smart
Buddy, Talk N Text or Cignal “Load Here” signages)Provide the following details:
o Cignal account number
o Cignal prepaid subscription package (Plan 250, Plan 390 or Plan 590)
o Number of months you wish to load (You may load for 1 month or advance load for 3 or 6 months)
 Pay for your Cignal load directly to the Smart load retailer
 Wait for the Smart load retailer to give you the loading reference number as proof of successful
transaction.

For current Smart retailers selling Smart prepaid load, just text <CIGNAL> to 3443 to receive your updated menu.

To know your Cignal Account No.

 Text your Smart Card Serial No. to 0918-9CIGNAL or 0918-9244625 (P1 per text)
 Wait for the reply to receive your Cignal Account No. and current expiry date of your Cignal load

To know your Smart Card Serial No.

Standard Definition box:

 Press “MOS” on your Cignal remote


 From the screen, select “Diagnostics” using your remote control
 Use the UP and DOWN button on your remote control to navigate through the options.

The Smart Card Number appears in any of these formats:

o Card ID = 00XXXXXXX
o Card ID = 000XXXXXX

High Definition box:

 Press “OK” on your Cignal remote, then select “Settings”


 Enter your 4-digit PIN, then select “Submit”.
o Default PIN (in case you have not changed the PIN): 0000 or 9998
 Select “System Setup”, then Select “Diagnostics”
 Use the UP and DOWN button on your remote control to navigate through the options

The Smart Card Number appears in any of these formats:

o Card ID: XXXXXX


o Card ID: 1XXXXXX
