SUBJECT: Guard mounting formation

DATE: APRIL 21, 2011

This is to inform you all on this coming April 25, 2011 at around 0700Hrs we have a guard mounting
formation and minutes of meeting to discussed about the company rules and regulation policy, and also
Elite force security Agency Rules policy and procedure.

As part of our Guard mounting formation the undersigned security Officer also conducted a general rank
inspection from head to foot on your prescribed security uniform and paraphernalia ,
We are also discussed all your concern to elite force security Agency.

All security personnel must attend in complete uniforms and proper hair cut
Failure to attend or ignoring this memorandum has a corresponding due process sanctions.

MEMORANDUM 001-2011

ALL CONCERNED:

Security guards uniform/paraphernalia

1. It has been observed by our client Managers and some of the office staff home owner at Carmel
Village Majada Out , there are still Security guards who are not wearing a prescribed set of
uniform some of those defects noted were as follows.

a. Wearing of unauthorized uniform black sweatshirt with print of Security Guard

b. Faded security agency patches and pants
c. Wearing of jump suit /commando and other type of unprescribed uniform and head gear
d. For S.O wearing of maong pants /rubber shoes

2. Be reminded that such violation has its corresponding penalty pursuant to Rule XXII of the
revised Rules and regulations implementing RA 5487, as amended and other existing issuances
from our office.
3. Henceforth, all security personnel are herby directed to comply with this directive order.the
The undersigned security officer OIC was responsible for its implementation of wearing of
prescribed complete uniform while performing of duty.
