Remove front door trim => Page 70-

Note:

To undo the locking ring -2- the operating

rod -1- and the actuator must be in the
uppermost position ("door open").

Push locking ring downwards -top

arrow-, holding the operating rod
steady.
Push operating rod out of actuator.
Detach pressure line and undo
attachment screws -bottom arrows-.
Remove multiple connector by
pushing in the wire clip.

Note:

To install the operating rod, the securing

element and the actuator must be in the
uppermost position ("Door open").

Insert operating rod and push

locking ring upwards. The operating
rod must not be under tension whilst
doing this.

Push boot trim to one side.

Press retainer tab -arrow- and pull
actuator -2- to remove from holder.
Detach T-piece-1-.

lid actuator

Detach operating rod -2- from clip -

3-.
Unscrew cross-head screws -4- (2
Nm).
Detach hose from actuator -1-.

Push boot trim to one side at rear

right.
Remove cover -1-.
Take central locking pump -3- out of
damper -4-.
Detach pressure line -2-.
Disconnect connectors.
