Enabling Logging/Tracing in Citrix Environment

ICA Client Logging/Tracing


Logging/Tracing on the ICA Client can be enabled using the ToolsICA Settings option
from the Citrix Program Neighborhood tool installed on the client machines
Select “Append to existing event log” in Event Log File section and also Enable
“Connections and Disconnections” and “Errors” under the Log Events section

Citrix Server Logging/Tracing


Logging/Tracing on the Citrix Server can be enabled using the Access Suite Console for
Metaframe Presentation Server from the Metaframe toolbar.
Click Diagnose Problems to start the trace sessions
Choose to create new trace setting and click next
