Class for time evaluation

The class for time evaluation groups absences and attendances into classes for time evaluation.
The value is used in personnel calculation rule TP10 in time evaluation.

Use
The classes have been assigned as follows:

01: If the absence lasts less than one working day, the time to be counted is reduced once the number of
planned hours has been reached, i.e. an employee could not accumulate any flextime credit
on this day.
Class 01 stands for all absences which are compensated by the employer (e.g. sickness, doctor's
appointment). If a period of absence coincides with a public holiday, the day is counted as an absence day
rather than as a public holiday.

02: If the absence lasts less than one working day, the time to be counted is not reduced once the number of
planned hours has been reached, i.e. an employee could accumulate flextime credit on this day.
Class 02 is for all absences which are not compensated by the employer (e.g. time in lieu, unpaid absences).
If a period of absence coincides with a public holiday, the day is counted as a public holiday rather than as an
absence.

03: Class 03 is processed as for class 02 and is reserved for leave. An employee's leave status can be
maintained in time evaluation.

Procedure
You can assign any number of classes; they are queried in the time evaluation schema.
