 For the purpose of our course (Technical
Writing) , we will be using
◦ Google Docs as an online tool to create our files
and share them;
◦ Blinklist to save and share bookmarks; and
◦ Picasa webalbums for photo sharing.
 In this presentation we will demonstrate how
to use Google Docs, blinklist, and Picasa Web
Albums to serve the purpose of our course.

A collection is the name Google gives to a
folder. You can organize your files by putting
them in appropriate collections.

Drag and drop

the collection
1. Click the arrow beside the
collection name.
2. Point to share -->share
settings.
3. Add the emails of the people
you want to add (Google can
suggest from your Gmail
address book).
4. Choose what the other person
can do with your document
(can view or can edit).

 Does not have the advanced features of MS

internet access is not available)
