“Transition Planning for High School and Beyond”

Teens with disabilities have hopes and dreams of finishing school, getting
a good job, finding a place to live, living on their own, and making
friends. Information and practical suggestions will be shared for helping
teens prepare for the transition from high school to employment or
higher education; and accessing adult community services.

This workshop is for parents and students who will most likely
need additional support in their adult life whether they receive a
diploma or not. Registration required. No childcare available.
