2. Create a report in MS Access for the employee table created
(minimum four fields and 6 records). It should be grouped on Department. Also count the no. of records in each group.
3. Create a phone book in MS Excel with fields Name, Phone number,
City and country & enter 10 records. a. Format the data in attractive way. b. Display phone number, City and Country when you enter any name using lookup. c. Protect the phone book data in the sheet. d. Explain what will happen if you are entering a name not in the list.
