From the above it is clear that 50% of the selected


respondents are between the age 20 and 30 and 40% of
the respondents are between the age 30 and 40 and the
remaining 10% of the respondents come under the group
40-50

The above table shows that only 33.33% of
the respondents say high for the present system
accurately evaluate the performance.60% of the
respondents are opting average for the present
system accurately evaluates their performance.
6.67% of the respondents are opting low for the
present system accurately evaluate the performance.
Interpretation
The above table shows that most of the employees
in Rubco Co-operative Ltd. Says that the present
system is only average in evaluating their
performance.
7.Do the employees think the factors considered for
the appraisal are in the requirement of the job level?

The above table shows that 66.67% of the
respondents think very often for the factors
considered for appraisal are in the requirement of
job level.20% of the respondents think sometimes
for the factors considered for the appraisal are in
the requirement of job level and only 13.33% of the
respondents think not at all for the factors
considered for the appraisal are in requirement of the
job level.

Interpretation
The table shoes that most of the employees of
RUBCO Co-operative ltd. Often think appraisal are
in requirement of job level.
