    MEETING NOTICE

    This is to inform all concerned that a National Council meeting is


    scheduled to be held on 9th July, 2011 at Hyderabad.
    All are requested to attend the meeting positively and make it
    convenient to send the agenda items if any to National council by email
    before 20th June, 2011.
    It would be in the interest of association, if Zonal Secretary/
    Chairman conduct Zonal council meeting before attending the National
    Council meeting so that suggestions if any at zonal level may could also be
    discussed in National Council meeting at Hyderabad.
    Please note all the office bearers are entitled for special casual
    leave to attend this meeting as executive members of NC .
