    Lychee Martini – Vodka

    - Lychee Juice – 6 – 1liters should be fine.


    - Vodka – 4 should be fine. Smirnoff if you can as opposed to the cheaper stuff!
    - Lychee Puree
    - Sugar

    Mint Chocolate Martini

    - Baileys – 1bottle
    - Brown Cacao – 1bottle – I have 3/4s of one at home which should be enough... If
    you’re worried there’s a shop in Mill Hill which sells it.
    - Vodka
    - Mint
    - sugar

    Mango Dacquiri

    - Mango Juice – rubicon – 6litres


    - Mango Puree
    - Lime Juice cooking kind comes in a glass blottle. 8 small ones.
    - Rum – Bacardi – 4 litres
    - Sugar

    Mojito

    - Mint – Lots!
    - Lime Juice
    - Sugar
    - Rum
    - Fresh Limes – about 25

    Passion Fruit Martini

    - Passion puree
    - Passion juice – Rubicon – 6 litres
    - Sugar
    - Vodka
    - Fresh passion fruit to garnish – about 10 if you can get
