PETITION ABOUT MATERIAL FACILITIESS OPEN UNIVERSITY

Dear rector Le Bao Lam, We are students of the Ho Chi Minh City Open University. Today, we write to suggest some problems about material facilities of two establishments in Ngo Tat To and Mai Thi Luu street. First, the air is very stuffy, there is not enough light for studying, the projectors are very bad, which effect to students eyes and feel sleeping. Second, in Mai Thi Luu, there is a new building project. Not only it is very noise and dirty but also very dangerous for students, so we cant concentrate to study. Finally, both Ngo Tat To and Mai Thi Luu are not have air-conditioner, so its very hot. Rector Le, I think you should have some solutions to make our studyingconvenience better. So we suggest some solutions such as: install more lights, electric fan and air-conditioner, buy new modern projectors, move students from Mai Thi Luu to other establishment.
