The courses listed below are Prince George offerings, but selected courses are also being offered at CNCs regional campuses contact them for details. Get the educational training employers value. Offered in partnership with the Justice Institute of British Columbia, this 11-day/77-hour certicate will enable you to recognize, understand and resolve conict more effectively, and build productive relationships with clients and colleagues. This four-course program includes: Foundations of Collaborative Conict Resolution: Workplace Focus Negotiation Skills Level 1 Conict on the Front Line: Leaders as Conict Resolvers Resolving Conict in Groups Level 1: Effective Team Dynamics These courses are also applicable to the Justice Institutes Negotiation and Mediation/Third-Party Intervention Certicate programs, also offered in partnership with CNC. Admission requirements There are no formal admission requirements for this program.
