    Asst. Dean (4th year) College of Nursing University of Perpetual Help Rizal Real St., Pamplona, Las Pinas City Madame/Sir: Good Day! I would like to ask/request in your good office for a schedule tutorial class for FCL 6 with a 3 units subject. Unfortunately, there was no available schedule that would fit-in my other class subjects schedule. Moreover, such would create a conflict with my other subjects. It would be of my best interest I presume that I could take the said subject (FCL 6) together with my other minor subject this school semester. This would give me a favorable side to concentrate more on the major subjects on the next semester and to avoid any incoming delay for the graduation for the next semester school. Lastly, I would be more grateful that my case on hand be given a favorable due course and be provided with other means that would incur any possible means to save time and money. Your kind consideration on this matter is highly appreciated. More power and God Bless!
