Figure 8.7 shows the price of rubber in 2005 in Malaysia as a third largest producer of rubber. The highest price was recorded in November which in that time it was a raining season and the supply of rubber is less. During this month we can see that the price is 600 sen per kg. From January to march, the price increase gradually from 300 to 400 sen per kg. Then the price remained constant. No change in rubber price from March to April. Between April to July the price increase from 400 to 490 sen per kg. In April the price suddenly crash to lowest price at 300 sen per kg. It s show that the supply of rubber is too much in the market. From August to September the price pick up to 500 sen per kg but in October the price decline to 400 sen per kg. From November to Disember the prices of rubber start to decline to 585 sen per kg. From the graph we can see that the seasons of the year are giving the impact on the rubber price.
