Alumnus Tracer Study

Description:
A Tracer Study is one of strategy to collect information about alumni of school or university. There are several methods how to do this activity. One of the methods is by getting information from online application. In this method, the school have to prepare the application first, and the announce it to alumni, and they will register and answer some question from the application. The information about the alumni can give many contributions in way to advance development the school or university now and the future.

Functional Requirements (FR):

The main functional requirements are: 1. School admin can get report about personal information of each alumni. 2. School admin can get report about alumni by some criteria below: a. Month Year graduate b. Graduate departement c. Long waiting period to get a job d. Current live city e. Current Company f. Current Salary (in Range) g. Current position in current company h. First Company i. First Salary (in Range) 3. School admin can present some quesioners to registered alumni. 4. School admin can get report all about the quesioner by certain criteria. 5. Alumni can register to the system by himself. 6. Alumni can update his profile (backup last data). 7. Alumni can participate to answer some quesioner. 8. Alumni can search another alumnus by keyword and look detail of the search result. 9. Alumni can send /receive some messages to/from another alumnus

I feel there are so many ideas to add the FR. If you have some, you can confirm to the lecturer first.

Non Functional Requirements (NFR):

1. The system must be in web application. 2. OOP concepts (like framework CI) I feel there are so many ideas to add the NFR too. If you have some, you can confirm to the lecturer first.

Scopes:
You can add some scopes depend on your ideas.

Limitations:
You can add some limitations depend on your ideas.
