INSTRUCTIONS:

A. Width of the exterior entrance. – Measure from the left door jamb to the right door jamb. A typical width is
36, 42, or 48”.

B1. Depth of the left exterior door jamb. – Measure from the left corner of jamb back to the end of the jamb
adjacent to the door opening.

B2. Depth of the right front exterior door jamb. – Measure from the right corner of jamb back to the end of the
jamb adjacent to the door opening.

AA. Height of the entrance. – Measure from the floor to the inside header jamb. Standard heights are 84 or 96”
but can be higher.

BB. Height of the floor indicating lights. – Measure from the header to the bottom of the light feature.

CC. Features within 4 inches of the door jamb. – Measure and note any features positioned within 4 inches of
the opening.
