Since the working hours and pressures are immense in our industry, new team members are just busy with the work they have been given, increasingly, it is felt that there has to be a interaction of new team members with the Sr. management to make them feel we care for them. It will not only give them a sense of pride of meeting with Sr. management but also give them a feeling of our caring nature. The intention behind this concept is look out all the things with their eyes, with fresh eyes. At times, we may overlook certain things but having something like Fresh eyes will definitely compel us look in to some finer details of any process, if required. This Concept Note is prepared in Concurrence with the HR & Training Monthly Training Calendar and would explain the concept for universal understanding of this application.
Process
Selected employee would be meeting General Manager on a casual lunch/Dinner. Share their experience so far Training Manager/HR Manager will make note of it Training Manager/HR Manager is responsible for making an action plan

Training Manager/HR Manager will pen down the feedback. Responsible for preparing Action Plan based on feedback. Following up on the action plan with departments, if required.
