    The Stowmarket U3A Computer Group meets monthly to discuss various computer-related topics. The schedule for 2011 is provided, with meetings taking place on Mondays at 10:30am at Stowupland School, except for August which will be at the Bowls Club. Topics include Windows Photo Story, Google Picasa, basic photo manipulation in Photoshop Elements, PDF files, photo manipulation techniques, Skype, Windows Movie Maker, online banking, and Windows and Word tips. The group is open to both beginners and more experienced computer users and provides hands-on learning opportunities.

    This Group is for beginners and those more experienced alike. At the school we each have our own PC to work on, giving everyone the opportunity to learn and help each other when necessary. We always start with a Q&A Agony Corner followed by the topic for the day, as above. Notes on previous meetings can now be found on the Computer Group page of our website, www.u3astowmarket.org.uk.
