Dear Sir/ Madam Your vacancy announcement for the post of Operation Data Management Associate in The Himalayan Times dated 12 June, 11 calls for many of the skills I have successfully applied during past 7 years. I have been working as a Document Controller in Fred Hollows Intraocular Lens Laboratory, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (ISO and CE marked medical device manufacturing company) since 2007. I had worked as a Computer Operator in a high school for three years. I have good typing speed in English and Nepali. I am used to in Standard Documentation (as per ISO and CE certified manner), Data Management and other administration job. I am a young and energetic man of 26. I passed S.L.C in First Division in 2001. I completed my intermediate with major subjects: Account and Computer. I passed my Bachelor in management (Finance Faculty). I am trained with one-year diploma of office package and programming. I am a regular student of MBS. Besides, I have been learning MS Access and SQL, the database programs. I can drive light four-wheeler and can ride motorbike. But I have got bike's license only. My seven years of experience in understanding the nature of the work and effectiveness in team work, prepare correspondence and offer documents as required, maintain and organize the filing system, organizing and managing the data, organizing meeting, workshops and other programs, etc may be useful to your organization. I believe my education, training and experience in the field that is asked by your vacancy announcement qualifies me for the aforementioned position.
