Work experienceI have worked in a variety of places such as the COBRA GROUP PLC where I worked as a door to door sales advisor and this job enabled me to improve my customer service skills as I had to make customers sign for a monthly direct debit contract for charity. I have also worked for Home Fundraising, which was a door to door sales job for charity. I have gained sales, customer service, team work skills from this job. I can use the experience I have gained in future for other jobs as well as my personal life. I have worked in a call centre in the Mail Box shopping centre Birmingham called FTM. The job role was to call people and get them signed up for life insurance. This work gave me the skill to interact with people and customer service experience. At this moment I work for Aston Villa Football Club as a kiosk worker inside the stadium and this job enables me to work at the tills of kiosks and also helped me improve my skills even more as I have to deal with a lot of customers as quickly as possible. This job is only on match days, which is like once or twice a month. HobbiesMy hobbies are playing football and also playing computer games as well going out with friends.
