Class Updates: *Noon Simply Strething moved to Wednesdays *Night Yoga Class back on for Mondays, but Thursdays it will alternate between Yoga and TRX Suspension Training. *Morning & Evening Yoga Deep Stretch Dates: Monday the 12th and Thursday the 29th. *The green writing is paid group training sessions. Prices vary! Upcoming events: *Our fall 12 Week challenge starting the 19th of September, please fill out a sheet at the front desk with your best available times. "Get Fit Muth" runs the week of the 12th, see front desk for details.

We're open ~ Monday-Thursday: 5am-10pm. Friday: 5am-8pm. Saturday: 7am-5pm. Sunday: 9am-4pm.
