    Brief Chronology: 1) On July 11, 2011 Request was filed with the Freedom of Information Act Office (FOIA) Office of the Ministry of Justice, for a copy of the Supreme Court of the State of Israel under Katzav v State of Israel (7332/11), as served on the State Prosecution. [ ] 2) On August 14, 2011 Request for Update was sent to the FOIA Office. [ ] 3) On August 14, 2011 a copy of the Request for Update was also sent to the Office of the Ombudsman of the State of Israel. 4) On September 4, 2011, the Office of the Ombudsman sent the attached letter, confirming the receipt of the copy of the August 14, 2011 Request for Update.
