Notification for XIII Convocation

The XIII Convocation of the University will be held on 1st October, 2011 (Saturday). All the candidates who have passed various Degrees/Diplomas during the period from 01.04.2010 to 31.08.2011 may apply in the prescribed form available in the websites (www.uohyd.ernet.in / www.schools9.com / www.indiaresults.com) to obtain their Degrees/Medals either 'in person' or 'in absentia' (Diplomas in absentia only). The duly filled in application along with (i)crossed Demand Draft for Rs.400/(in person) / Rs.550/- (in absentia) /US $50 if applying from abroad drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad, payable at State Bank of India, HUC Branch (Code : 5916) or at Andhra Bank, Nampally Branch (Hyderabad) (Code: 378), (ii)two recent stamp size photographs, (iii)copy of the Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University, (iv)copy of the Matriculation/ SSC/CBSC/HSC Certificate should reach the Deputy Registrar (Academic & Examinations) at the above address on or before 20.09.2011. Applications received after the last date and incomplete applications will not be considered for the receipt of degrees in person. The Degree Certificates to the candidates who opt to receive their Degrees in absentia and Diplomas will be sent after the Convocation. Invitations can be downloaded from the above mentioned websites from 25.9.2011. Parent passes to a limited extent may also be issued to the recipients of Ph.D. Degrees and Medals for which the graduates need to apply in the prescribed form appended to the application form.
