Completed applications must be received no later than November 1, 2011. Each application will be reviewed by a committee and up to 20 individual artists will be selected for participation in this event. In addition, up to 4 performance artists/storytellers/cultural educators will be selected to perform/present during the event. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

A $50 application fee must accompany all applications. Please pay by check or money order. One table and chair will be provided to each artist. Artists must provide their own credit card processing equipment. One parking space per artist or performer will be provided. All other costs are the responsibility of the artist/performer. In accordance with the American Indian Arts & Crafts Law, we will only accept vendors selling authentic art and products. By signing this application, I agree to limit my vendor space to the space provided. In addition, I understand that objects exceeding the space allocation are not permitted. Furthermore, I agree to respect the Craft Show Committees right to request the removal of any items that are deemed inauthentic, offensive or otherwise questionable. _________________________________
