    How to upgrade a firmware directly from the controller

    Go to Internet explorer type the command (FTP://<IP of controller/../eq)

    In the Username and password type (root) and (admin) root is username and admin is the password

    Press the UP button once you get into EQ.

    The next Screen will have all the folders listed. Just update the firmware patch in this window. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once is Firmware is updated make sure to reboot the controller twice.
