Instruction:

Park and recreation facilities are among important elements in travel and tourism industry.
These facilities are provided by the local government and private sectors for the use of local
people and also the tourists. Managing these facilities, however, possess unique challenges
typically in attracting and maintaining the facilities.


You are required to:

1. Pick one of any park and/or recreation facility (study area)
2. Describe the organization that responsible for managing the facility
3. nvestigate on one of the following aspects:

O Administration and Management
O Marketing Programs and Activities
O Financing
O SWOT Analysis
O Problems and Challenges
O Human Resource
O Safety and Security Measures (Staff and Visitors)
O Sustainable Development

1. Report : 20%
(Max 20 pages excluding pictures, Arial @ Times New Roman
Size 11 and 1.5 Spacing)
2. Presentation (20-30 min) : 10%
