STEM in the Elementary Classroom

Cedar Park is hosting a regional STEM conference. You are invited to submit a
presentation proposal for a 45-minute session. Topics could include: outdoor
science, technology integration, equity in STEM education and more.
The conference will be Saturday, January 21st, 2012 from 9:00 to Noon at Cedar
Park STEM Elementary (7500 Whitney Drive, Apple Valley, MN 55124).
Proposals will be accepted through November 6, 2011. Notification of
acceptance will be given by email by November 11, 2011.
Conference presenters will be exempt from the $50 registration fee. Also, for
sharing their expertise, conference presenters will be given a $100 voucher (1
per individual or team) to be used for a conference registration fee during the
2012-2013 school year. The funds will be managed and distributed by Magnets
Schools of Minnesota.
