    Scope and delimitation The intent of this study is to know the self care practices of middle adolescent in college

    department of Saint Marys College of baliuag. This study will identify and assess different factors that affect the present hygienic measures of the middle adolescent students, yearn to identify on how can researchers develop and assist the middle adolescent students to be self reliant in dealing with different health issues related to hygienic measures. The study will start by second semester (s.y. 2011-2012) at Saint Marys College of Baliuag at College department conducted by Group I.
