Special Grants

We are awarding special grants to help build and strengthen

grassroots institutions that are engaged in civil society-building
activities.

Successful grant applications will demonstrate clearly defined

needs, focused objectives, broad participation, and cost-sharing
and use of in-kind resources to achieve the project goals and
become sustainable after the end of the grant period.
