The first party agrees to share C17, 3rd floor Heng Jing Commercial Centre 205
Huanshi Zhong Road Guangzhou China. For office, the area for share is 42.5
square meter.

2. 甲乙双方协定,乙方每月缴纳人民币 2125 给甲方作为房租,包括管理费.租赁期限自_____

__至_______止.乙方应按时缴纳租金给甲方,交租金之日为每月__号之前.
After the discussion between the first party and the second party, both of
parties agree to the rental which is RMB: 2125 for the office per month include
management charge. And the term of leasing is from_______ to _______ .The
second party should pay the rental per month to the first party on time by cash

3. 甲乙双方协定,乙方每月按时交纳一半的水电费.以管理处的通知单为准.

water .For drink.

5. 甲乙双方协定,甲乙双方每月平均分摊清洁工工资 RMB: 125

Both parties agree: two parties should pay clean lady’s salary averagely. RMB
125 per month.
