How to Raise OSS note: Path: log on to www.service.sap.

com

Click on service portal Below screen will appear

Go to help and support as shown above and select report a product error

Select PS1 from left if issue is releated to PS1 else use dropdown from right side. Once you click on PS1 from left side below screen appears

Scroll to the bottom and click on create message Then below screen appears. Fill in the necessary details and send message
