Changing the Language Setting

STEP 01: Go to “SETTINGS” in the task bar.

STEP 02: Then you can see your laptop screen as follows. Here, you have to select “Time & Language” setting.

Select “Settings” here.

STEP 03: Then you can select the language from the preferred language section as below. What you have to do
is click on the “plus” mark and select the language.
STEP 04: Once you click on the “plus” mark, you will see the language list as below. Please select “Chinese
(Simplified, China)” as the preferred language and select “Next” icon at the bottom. [Check left side photo]
STEP 05: Then you will see the “install language features” section as in the picture. [Right side photo] Please tick
“Set as my windows display language” and then select “Install” icon to install the language.

STEP 06: Now you can install the application using the following steps.
 Installing the Application

STEP 01: Please download the below application [V4.0.0.exe] which has been sent to you in WeChat.

This is the application file sent in the WeChat.

STEP 02: Click on the downloaded application. Then it will automatically take you to the downloaded file
location. (As shown in the below picture)

STEP 03: Now you should double click on the application and select “yes” from the box appears. If you see
the following error message popping up, you have to follow few more steps as follows. Luckily, if you
didn’t see the following error message, you can continue from step 08.

STEP 04: If you see the above error message, please go to “control panel” from the windows task bar. Then
select “Clock, Language and Region” option as follows.
STEP 05: After you select that, you will be able to see the below interface. Now you have to select “Region” option.

STEP 06: Once you select the “Region” option as above, you will be able to see a new box appears as follows. In
this box you have to select “Administrative”.
STEP 07: In the “Administrative” interface, you have to select “Change system locale in to “Chinese (Simplified,
China)” and please tick the box “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-for worldwide language support” below that. Then
select “Okay” from the options.

STEP 08: After that you have to restart your laptop. Then you can retry “STEP 03” and make sure whether the
error message doesn’t appear again. If it doesn’t appear again, you see the application interface as follows. Here
you have to select “下一步” as mentioned as follows.
 STEP 09: After that your application interface change in to the next section as follows. Here also you have to
select “下一步” as mentioned as follows.

STEP 10: After that your application interface comes to the final section as follows. Here you can start the
installation by selection “安装” as mentioned as follows. And then this application will be installed to your
laptop/ desktop.

STEP 11: After completing all the above steps, you can go to the site using following application.

 STEP 12: The site will appear as follows. Here you have to enter your “STUDENT ID” as the login and the
password. Then login to the system by selecting “登录” as mentioned below.

STEP 13: After the above step, you will get a alert box as follows. Please select “Okay” here.

STEP 14: Now you can see the below interface. You have to select the option with the microscope. (As mentioned
below)
STEP 15: Ten the below interface appears. Here you have to scroll the screen down to see the courses available.
